GENERAL PLAN UPDATE PROCESS
A
Vision for the future of
La Cañada Flintridge
The
City of La Cañada Flintridge
is updating its General Plan and your input is needed!
A city's General Plan is a kind of "constitution" for future
development. The General Plan guides the pattern of land development,
including residential, commercial and recreational uses...and of course,
how you get from here to there! It describes how the City will grow
or change over time, and is the mechanism by which community character
is preserved and enhanced.
Your involvement is vital
to this process! Updating the City's General Plan provides residents
with a unique opportunity to collaborate in an effort to enhance and protect
your city's unique environment. We would like to invite you to share your
ideas for the future of La Cañada Flintridge by telling us what
you think your city should be like in the year 2030.
For more information, contact Fred
Buss, Senior Planner, or Robert Stanley, Director, at La Cañada
Flintridge, City Hall at (818) 790-8881.
